Terms & Conditions

Companies may require fresher, intern or student candidates to undergo a 7-10 days unpaid evaluation period before making a final decision on job or internship offer.
If you don't get an internship from Growvy reference this fee is 100% refundable.
If Growvy decides not to continue with the candidates after the evaluation period, the recruitment fee will not be refunded. However, Growvy will ensure the candidate receives a job training certificate for said period.
If the candidate is confirmed for a job by Growvy, the recruitment firm will not be held responsible for any subsequent issues that arise from the company.
If the candidate is unable to continue the job or internship or wishes to terminate the recruitment agreement with Growvy for personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded.

Why is there a platform fee?

The platform fee covers administrative and operational costs of processing your application, verifying your receipt, scheduling evaluations, and maintaining the career portal. It is 100% refundable if you are rejected without personal reason.

What happens after I submit my application?

You will receive a unique reference number (e.g., GRW-XXXXXX) and an email confirmation. Our team reviews your application within 24-48 hours and schedules a 7-10 days unpaid evaluation period if shortlisted.

What file format should I upload for the receipt?

We accept PNG, JPG, WebP, or PDF files up to 5MB. Please ensure the screenshot or document clearly shows the transaction details, date, and amount.

Is the internship or job paid?

The initial 7-10 days evaluation period is unpaid. After successful confirmation, interns may receive a monthly stipend and job candidates receive a competitive salary based on their role and performance.

When will I get my refund if not selected?

If your application is rejected by Growvy without personal reason, the platform fee is 100% refundable. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the decision is communicated.
